Don’t You See My Name Badge?

When we go to large conventions we always see individuals who look familiar but we are getting to the point where we forget their names. Having a name badge on saves the day for us “old timers” who are getting forgetful of names, that’s for sure!

When seeing one gal with her little child we saw her name badge but we didn’t see a name badge at first on her child. But then we realized that because the children (very young ones) end up being fascinated with their badges they sometimes try to take them off. When taking a badge off, it “somehow” ends up on the floor of the stadium and the parents go looking to find it. So parents figured a way around that problem in that they will sometimes put their child’s name tags on the back of their clothing instead of on the front. That way they don’t have to spend a lot of time searching for the tags, as the child can’t reach it.

Inexpensive Ways to Help Your Kids Become Creative

Children are naturally creative. You just have to give them the right opportunity to shine. Young children won’t automatically be able to draw artwork. It comes in small steps. Start by letting them work on coloring books. If you don’t have time to go to the bookstore, you can simply print free coloring pages from online sources.

There’s just an amazing variety of designs and themes to choose from. Surely, some of them will interest your child. The advantage of using printable coloring pages is that you can just print more when you run out. It will only cost you a few cents in paper and ink.

Coloring helps kids become more creative. When they color, they may actually re-create what they see on the page in their own minds. They might not be able to get the colors correct the first time anyone expect him to come up with very beautiful color combinations. But the exercise is still beneficial.
